Our site requires you to give us contact information (name and email address). We use this information to verify your identity, send you messages about our company, and provide you with the opportunity to participate in OfftheAve.com's promotion(s) and other OfftheAve.com Rewards.

OfftheAve.com Owners & Managers:
Our site's registration form requires you to give us contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address) and billing information. We use this information to establish and/or verify your identity, notify you about communication from OfftheAve.com Renters, and enable OfftheAve.com Renters to view your property's listing.

We use your billing and financial information to invoice you for products and services that you purchase through the site.

We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. Your IP address is also used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information.
